Luda joined the company back in April 2012 in the role of Accounts Administrator and has progressed through the company up to Accounts Manager.

Luda’s role encompasses all accounts functions, including but not limited to:

  • Sales and Purchases ledger control
  • Co-ordinating Bank accounts, Company Credit Cards, Petty cash analysis, balance sheets and reconciliation
  • Expenses, Credit Control, Cost analysis and Annual VAT return
  • Producing end of the month/year financial statements and analysis
  • Cash flow forecasting and analyses
  • Focal point of contact for the clients/suppliers accounts teams, ensuring that any matters or issues arising are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Producing invoices (and remittance) and preparing them for payment
  • Preparing monthly journals and process month payroll
  • Budget preparation and monitor P&L
  • UK and international payments/Multi-currency transactions (EUR/USD and so on)
  • Stuff training, providing routine administrative support around the office to ensure work is completed on time and appropriate standard
  • Interpret (Russian/Ukrainian/English) as and when required.
